Any guesses?
Looks to me like the siege shields/mantlets from the siege list in the Badad book II.

Seeing as the shield has a very clear spear slot, it would be a shame not give them matching weapons.

I think you're right. Siege shields seem like a simple thing for them to do that finishes off the Siege list in IA10

In the grim darkness of the future pointy sticks do more damage then bolters.
