Sadly yes your list isn't legal. But it's a pretty easy fix. You could start by trimming the fat off of some of your units. I'd start with your captain. You don't really have any other cc units so the lightening claws are not very useful. Keep him bare until the rest of your list pans out or maybe take a Libby. Libbys are awesome. Also I'd drop the razorback for a rhino, perhaps go with a ML/flamer combo for your tacs and give them a rhino. Your second troop choice could simply be 5 scouts with sniper rifles and camo cloaks. I don't have the dex in front of me so once I get off work I'll take another look. One last thing the predator IMO is a great thing to have in this bracket a good amount of opponents won't expect it!
