Even though i hated Fallout 3, that is the coolest thing ive seen in a long time. Updates please if you can find any more.

I swear I have seen a full working wearable version of a pipboy (other than in the game).
The weight was around 10 pounds though, and it was quite sizable. That one looks like the plastic Gamestop pipboy fitted with a screen and scrollers.
