What happened to them after the heresy? One guy working in 40k store here, in Belgrade, told me that half of them went to serve in the Inquisition. The other half started worshiping the Emperor in secret, and later became known as Daughters of the Emperor ( I know, I to was like ). So what do you think about this? ( I personally think I was trolled )

For Emperor and Imperium!!!!

The Emperor doesn't have a GKs unshakable faith in the Emperor which is....basically himself?

Once, in a BL publication, the sisters of battle got the duty of the sisters of silence, to guard the black ships.
The silent sisterhood showed up just at Prospero ( HH series ), until GW moves on to add more background there is only speculation.

If the psyker hunting sisters are still around, they are either so silent nobody knows of them, or so few and hidden that you have a better chance to spot a vindicare..
IMO the SoS could become a rare sight post-Heresy. They could be a anti-psi choice for SoB too.

There must have been a lot of daemons considering each Sister was a blank...

Well, the important thing to remember is that the Sisters of Silence and the Sisters of Battle are NOTHING to do with each other. The only similarity is that they are both all-female. One was the army of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica, one is the army of the Ecclesiarchy. They're also separated by about 6000 years.

At present, there is no fluff concerning the Sisters of Silence post-heresy. Which suggests that they might end up getting wiped out/disbanded at the end of the HH novels.

They used to guard the Black Ships, which were run by the Astra Telepathica, but apparently 'the Inquisition' are the 41M guards of the black ships, though we don't know exactly what sort of Inquisition agents these are.

I think GW has tried to make blanks far rarer in current fluff then they were back when the Sisters of Silence were around. They were at least several thousand, and yet the Culexus Temple (which also has blanks) is stated to be very small and having few agents.

My guess is we'll eventually find out Inquisitorial Stormtroopers or Sanctioned Psykers or whatever guard the ships.

2,700pts

Doesn't stop them being impaled by a Bloodletter's Hellblade.

Inquisition Storm Troopers and the occasional SoB squad do that. This was mentioned in the 3E WH Codex.

Novels invent stuff all the time. It is probably worth pointing out that nothing in actual GW studio material has even hinted at the Sisters of Silence existing at all. The supposed rarity of Blanks seems to suggest the opposite.
Not that it would seem impossible that GW does not adopt this addition into their own fluff, mind you. It would still be rather easy to explain their disappearance by just saying they were disbanded after the Heresy due to heavy losses, the survivors being integrated into the fledgling Inquisition and the Officio Assassinorum.

No but don't daemons find existance extremely painful and debillitating in the presence of blanks?

Cannot seem to find where I read my first comment, this is all lexicanium has on them.

More likely it was in Collected Visions, where they were again assisting the Custodes IIRC. While most forces that were deployed during the Battle of Terra were heabily depleted I can't see why the Sisters of Silence wouldn't be able to recoup some of their numbers after 10k. Hopefully they won't be forgotten about when the series draws to a close and that the authors will hint as to what happens to them in 40k.

Yes, it was collected Visions where they fought with the Space Wolves and the Custodes against the Thousand Sons.

Oh no, I meant to say that while both had forces sent to Prospero, they were divided with others remaining on Terra. Collected Visions has a picture of the Custodes in the webway, so I'm sure the book also covers any details of the forces deployed in the webway during that time.
