Each Phoenix Lord is unique, so you may only have one of each. Fuegan and Maugan Ra may both be fielded at the same time, for instance, but Fuegan and his lesser known step-brother Fuegen may not be on the field at the same time.

Not YMDC.I am thinking of starting either a Daemon of Eldar army,and was just wondering if I could take Asurmen and Fuegan in the same army.

This is a YMDC because it's a rules question...

Like already said one of each. They are an HQ choice though, so in standard missions you can only have 2 different ones and not all of them.

sorry but you have army slots to consider, like you can only have 3 heavy units, 3 elites and with most factions a max of 2 HQ's

In Apoc, or some non-standard missions(Planetstrike, Homebrew, some White dwarf published missions, etc) you may have more than 2 Slots available. Apoc actually has the Court of Khaine as a Formation(in Apoc Reload, it may well be on GW Site).

Deadshot: the "Court of the Young king" is an Avatar + 1 unit of each Aspect with Exarch; it is an Apoc formation in Apoc:reload, but also could be used in standard games(without the Formation special rules), all that you would need to make it a legal army is a second troops choice(Also, do not expect it to win that often, and I believe it is expensive points-wise)

I didn't want the formation,just the theme.


It will be expensive points wise.I don't want it to play it competitvely.

Here is the layout of my idealized Eldar army,for a standard FOC.If there is more HQ slots,then thart will mean more Pheonix Lords.

Dire Avengers with Exarch,led by Asurmen

Guardian Defnders with platform of some kind and Warlock X4

Fast Attack
Shining Spears with Exarch
Swooping Hawks with Exarch
Warp Spiders with Exarch

Heavy Support
Dark Reapers with Exarch
Either Wraithlord and Falcon,or 2 Fire Prisms.

If I need points to lose,then I will drop the Lords for the single Avatr,and the Storm Guardians,along with 2 squads of Defenders.If I still need points,then it will be the Wraithers and Tanks that hit the chopping block.

That is just about an Apoc size list there though, min units, no Powers, min required upgrades on those that require them and you are looking at 1866 for the cheapest options.

Fully upgraded with Full Aspect units and the lest could easily top over 3000 points

Perfect,then it would be simple to add in the other lords and the stuff I would take out for points limits(see above)
