So, recently I decided to search it up, and I found that the new SoB Codex will release sometime soon. The problem is, I did not get similar dates on all. When Exactly will it release?

They wouldn't have made a WD codex if sisters were due next summer.
Don't count on any release date for a sisters codex that doesn't have 2013+ on it.
The current and previous WD have the updated Sisters of Battle rules, such as they are.

They just released an update as a 2 part WD dex, like the did with blood angels.
Regular codex should be out sometime around Xmas.

I wish I could agree with you, DeathReaper. However, the Blood Angels example doesn't agree with you.
The Blood Angels WD release was Issue 329 - June 2007 & Issue 330 - July 2007.
The Codex:Blood Angels release date was April 2010. Nearly 3 years.
Maybe it's a hold-over until the new, plastic models are done, as the current wish-listers are hoping. I'm not holding my breath.

I am assured that plastic SoB figs have been sculpted. I know no more than that though. Seems GW sculpt even years ahead. I am pretty sure the new necrons have been done and shelved for ages now.
