If it lists a bolter, bolt pistol, and a ccw under the war gear, if I shoot when my model only has a boltgun and chainsword do i get to fire the non-modeled pistol too?

Yes, it is standard wargear.

From the rapid fire weapon, yes. Not from the pistol.

Not quite.

If you use the bolter you get 2 shots, but can't assault.

If you use the bolt pistol you get 1 shot and then you can assault.

Huh?

You can only fire one weapon either the boltgun or bolt pistol

If you fire the bolt pistol you get 1 shot, and can attempt to assault

If you fire the bolter you get two shots when firing within 12"

Yep. You CAN fire the bolt pistol OR the bolter, but not both.

Unless you happen to be a Monstrous Creature or a vehicle, or have some other special rule ofc.

To put it simply, standard gear doesn't need to be modeled on the models. You can have a marine with just his fists and he still has his bolter and bolt pistol.

Also OP, since it seems your playing chaos, remember you have an extra attack in melee since you have a bolt pistol and a CCW.
