Nice list, couple of points.
I'd be abit worried by your Kommandos (as there are only 7) if they take any kind of fire they're probably going to end up running of the board, and in assault you generally strike last so with this few bodies every body lost is going to hurt. Maybe swap out some lootas for more kommandos?

You want to add 1 or 2 big shootas to each of you battle wagons so if you get a weapon destroyed result it doesnt get upgraded to immbolized.

Change the shootas for sluggas and ditch the big shootas (you want to be assaulting with these boyz not shooting).

Possibly add some gretchin to screen your lootas/a cheap scoring unit that you can reserve in kill point missions (Ditch a couple of lootas if your short of points).

I'd like to point out that as bad as he is, Ghaz is not necessary in this army, and is a bit of a point sink. He's nearly impossible when he starts his WAAAGH!!!, but after that he is only a wound more than a mega-armored boss. His greatest strength lies with footslogger armies, and the ability to make everyone fearless for a round.

You might consider dropping him. With the remaining points, you could max out your kommandos, add another loota, and maybe a couple more meganobz. Of course, if you dropped him you'd need to lose an elite for the MANZ.

It's a good list. With only 3 battlewagons to cover, you can get away with 1 KFF. You can maximize your points better, as was pointed out, and including things like dropping 'eavy armor from the big mek and nobs. The core of your force is competitive and solid, could be tweaked to get a bit more out of it, but then the list will look like all the others(relatively). If you keep Ghaz, I'd be tempted to throw him with Snikrot and wreak havoc from the enemy's reserve line.

One thing I did notice is that you dont have any weapons on your battlewagons to soak up "Weapon Destroyed" results and risk a chance at being immobilized pretty early on. I wold try to find some points for a big shoota on each battlewagon and maybe grot riggers if you can scrounge the points. You could drop the loota squads down to two squads of 10 or if you really want to break them down into three squads of 5 which then you could increase your kommandos.

I dislike unprotected and unsupported lootas. I think the 2 squads with grots would be ok but could be better.

Also 3 battlewagons is not a good number to have. I think 4 is the critical mass for about this points level. It is not that inconceivable that 2 would die before getting nice and close which only leaves one to do the business.

Otherwise solid and interesting list.
