After many years of growing in size and power, wargaming forums grew too big for the internet. Soon it became less of friendly communities, and more of possessive empires. As much as they tried to abide peacefully, it was soon aparent that hostilities were growing between the warring factions. A quick comment here, and derogtry term there, it soon escolated until all out war was decleared. The major forums are seting up to take upon 20 aspirants and veterans, to fight between themselves untill they have their forum champion, who will be sent out to show all who oppose the rule of their forum are foolish.
The competition will be fierce, you will be going up against the advanced armies of the ATT, the many legions of the Heresy, and Ranks of IGMBers. This will be your finest hour, so go fourth Orks of da Daka clan, defend your honour!

General Info

Ok, so I (and a few friends) are running an inter-forum tournament on Vassal 40k. There will be 20 places available in each forum, and anyone can join, on a 1st come 1st served basis. Entry will be this simple;
Step 1; Write a 1000p army list (any army),
Step 2; Post in this thread your vassal name,
Step 3; PM me your army list, make sure it's legal and is at maximum 1000p, if it isn't you will not get in.
Step 4; Wait for a pm, and I'll give you a few extra pieces of info and I'll put your name up here.
That's it!
There are some pretty basic rules;

1) Any rules disputes please call for an overseer (Dom Brady, or Richie) and don't spend ages arguing. the decision of the overseer is final.
2) No leaving the game, if there is a reason you have to leave then you MUST tell your opponent, in similar style if you haven't got the time to play a game please tell us
before, we can reschedule the match.
3) We are using the rules as they are in the rulebook, no house rules (except where stated), current rules only, and we will be using FAQs as official rulings.
And of course no racist, sexist ageist, or anything unkind is to be posted.

Tau are great at low points.

While not interested in playing(have a hard enough time keeping my personal Vassal schedule with friends due to real life), I'm interested in it as far as how it will turn out with regards to how forums see each other during and afterwards.

This has the potential to go very badly very quickly as people bring existing biases and preconceived notions of certain forums with them. Many other forums already see us all as WAAC jerks, this may just cement that further in their minds, regardless of actual outcomes.

Of course, there's a chance that the opposite happens, which would possibly create better relations between fora.

Only a fortnight left, make sure that Daka Daka doesn't lose out!
