Sorry if this is obvious but came up in a game and I'm not 100% sure about it.

A Titan fires one of it's guns on a transport, and explodes it. Is that same Titan now able to fire a different gun at the passengers?

Arguments either way here. Mainly the two are that super hevs can split fire across multiple targets, vrs all fire from one unit is at the same time and so it would be "declare all weapons and targets then resolve" And since the contents of transport are not viable targets when shots declared they can't be shot.

Couldn't locate anything other then that.

No they're supposed to Declare what weapons are shooting where at the beginning ( no going back)

It's in the standard rules for shooting, nothing I know of allows them to break that.

Well, if you bs your inferno cannon a bit its "possible."

Target transport with D-weapon, target something behind transport with inferno cannon. Its on the off chance that the turbolaster etc doesn't pop the transport but then hits both. Of course this is assuming range isn't a problem for the inferno cannon.

But then, that'd be a tad shady, and mostly rules lawyering for "zee-win".

A stompa can do it with 1 gun, the supa-gatler; but as it is a coaxial weapon you cannot fire the deth-kannon at the transport first, and if the gatler kills the squad as well and the squad was the last unit fired at you cannot fire the deth kannon at all.

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.

So a revenant Titan would be unable to pop a transport with it's pulsar then use it's other pulsar or missle launcher to nuke the contents?

No, because it is a single unit and you must declare all targets before you start firing. The unit inside is not a valid target at the time you start shooting.
