A very nice piece of fluff in the codex, to say the least, but it feels wrong that Tuska isnt more a part of the ork army.
Yes, I know that he "died" but it would be very cool in my opinion to have him be a HQ choice or a special character
in the ork army, mostly because I really like the story behind him and because I believe he would be a very robust addition to the
product list. Hell, maybe he could have a special rule against daemons, but it seems a shame that he isnt in the army list.

Well, if they made Eldrad useable in the Eldar codex, I don't see why it couldn't be possible. Could be cool.

I find that their isn't much room for ork special characters. How many different warbosses can you have? Unlike other armies there arn't that much need for more HQ's since a warboss is pretty good as is.
Altough, I would love more HQ special characters to give orks more options for troops(ie burnas and the like)
But because of Tuska's fluff wouldn't it be amazing if he offered the army WBB rules?

He didn't die. Latest codex states he survived his encounter with the Daemon Prince (by ripping his balls off with a Power Klaw) and continues to roam the Eye of Terror having the time of his life.

Uhh, not quite, no. The Codex states that Tuska and his Boyz are killed by the Daemonworld. And after they've fallen, they're resurrected and the whole battle begins anew, giving them the infinite war they always hoped for. But they never leave the world. That Lexicanum piece, like many, is incorrect.

Umm actually that article too states that he actually died. "Just as the Blood Prince was about to finish Tuska, his Weirdboyz managed to distract the Daemon using their psychic powers, giving Tuska enough time to impale the creature between its legs with his power klaw before being killed himself."
Tuska did in fact die, he and his boyz are just brought back to life each day to fight again. But all details aside, everybody seems to agree that there wouldn't be a problem having Tuska join GWs green tide.

Tuska, as well as Eldrad, may be used to represent another character. E.g. I use my Yarrick as Lord Commissar in games without special characters.

Yeah, he's still stuck on that Daemonworld, forever being revived and fighting that Blood Prince before dying again and starting it again each day. It was his dream after all, in a way...
However, I'd like to think that given Orks grow bigger and stronger as they subsist on a diet of krumping and fighting, I also like to think that Tuska grows bigger and stronger each time he gets revived, slowly and steadily, and then one day him and his tribe manages to outmatch the Blood Prince, overcome the daemons and move on to pillaging, looting and krumping the rest of the Eye of Terrors.
An Ork can dream...
