Hey im new to the forums here but i was just trying to work out a tournament Blood angel list im fairly new to 40k so i do apologize if i seem a bit noobish at times

im aiming for 2000 point competative list for my local store and for future compatitions

Drop podding dreads is a brave move. Your dread has long range weapons anyway. Also he can not keep up with he razorbacks.

I would want your priests to stay out of the action that is I question the usefulness of the lighting claws.

I think it is best to save points on the bolters as the dc units specialise in destroying lightly armoured units.

Not sure you have room in the FoC for the DC dread.

Your DC squad needs a powerfist just in case you are forced to charge an ironclad. Also hand flamers are weak, try bolters if you really want something to shoot at genestealers.

I would think about the melta and PF for your assault squads. If they get into combat then 5 men will not last that long, having the PF hit last means you may not be able to use it and that it can not cut the enemies before they hit back. The melta implies you will think about leaving the tank, outside the will be vulnerable. The turret is already good at taking out tanks.

MFletch is correct, you have made 7 troops choices.

I would remove the DC company and dreadnought altogether, since you said tournament. I would only field DC in friendly games.

I think most will agree that razorbacks really should take advantage of the linked las/plasma weapon over the autocannons.

Looks like a fun list too. I am a big fan of the way assault marines look on the field.

Actually I think all razorback weapons have their place. Though Las/plas is useful in tournaments as you can adjust how you play. Assault cannons if they are in range are amazing against any unit in their way. Given the DC element will charging forward I am sure the assault cannons will be in range.
As the list is changed I think you maybe right the las/plas will become useful.
