I ordered 2 of the Vendetta conversion kits from Forgeworld and when they arrived....1 batch was fine, the other was not filled right. The twin linked las-cannon pod has a left and right piece (male and female the way they link together). I got 3 males and 1 female. I sent them an e-mail with a picture etc etc but no response. Just wanted to ping the group here - are they more responsive to calls or e-mail? Never had a problem with them in the past, but stuff happens. Do they normally fix this by sending the missing part or do they usually require the whole order be sent back?

Thanks!

While I've personally never had a problem with e-mail contact, the general consensus is to call. They answer the phones more often than they check the CS account.

Yeah, email is supposed to be bad, you have to call. They are good about sorting these things though so you're unlikely to have a problem there.

Calling will be your best option especially right now, as many of the staff got back from GDUK only to turn around and leave for GD Australia.

As Kan said, they might take more time to get back to you given it's GD Season.

I doubt you'll have a problem getting it sorted though, just be patient.

It took them about 2 weeks to respond to my email. Though after the initial contact, emails were pretty frequent, usually less than a working day.

Same experience here.

"Orkses never lost a battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!"

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Since the new web page came up they usually respond with in 24h , unless you email them on Friday afternoon. Then it could be Tues am.

Some issues..
Put the order # in the email header , and which email address are you sending it to. There are 2 that are published.
I'll have to look back and see which one it is that they respond to.
