When it comes to attacking a tank, you get a weapon destroyed result who chooses what weapons destroyed you or your oponent or have i missed something in the rulebook o.o

Pg 61, 'chosen by the attacker'.

So if you shoot up a Dread, you choose the weapon that falls off. If your Demoilsher scatters onto your Chimera, you can just clip off a Lasgun.

Since when does a chimera have a lasgun?

Chimeras had lasguns in 3rd and I think 4th(might be wrong) instead of firepoints. In 5th they are purely decorative, being replaced with five(though it should be six) fire points. So the only actual weapons are the hull mount, the turret mount, the pintle mount, and the hunter killer missile if so equipped.

The original 3rd edition codex the lasguns didn't exist. Models could just shoot from the transport. The 3.5 codex had the lasguns on the hull, but that version of the codex was written for the Trial Vehicle Rules that morphed into the 4th edition vehicle rules, where anything under S4 didn't count towards Weapon Destroyed results.

It was the counter-balance. Chimeras had 6 lasguns, but you didn't have to destroy them all to count as having destroyed all of the vehicle's weapons.

This edition, they went back to the lasguns just not counting as anything.
