I dunno why, it feels like the wheels almost blend in too much with the plates on them.
But altogether it looks very nice.

The conversion is elegantly simple, and looks good. My only qualm is that there's no flaming skulls like Wazdakka is supposed to have! The paintjob, however, leaves me completely cold. It's so dull and flat; just looks like three colors and a wash with no highlights, secondary colors, or anything to make it stand out. Also, the top of his head is a metal plate and probably shouldn't be painted in the same color as his skin.
You've got a good start here, but you've got to add some colorful pieces of contrast if you want the model to look interesting.
