At a glance, I saw your second list and said "oooooooh". I like how hard it's gonna hit.
I'd go with the first list though. Use the second for fun games.
Concerning the first, if you're open to some observation and suggestion:
I'd drop a boy from the unit of 20 and send Ghaz with them. If he's with the nobz, that BW will be the first to drop.
Remove a
BS from each of the battlewagons. They don't need two, just one to absorb a "weapon destroyed" roll. Getting the boyz krumpin' is the primary objective. After that, it's time to deffroll!
Similar with the boyz....they don't need
BS's either....they get an extra attack with a choppa and slugga.....they're happier that way! We need the points elsewhere.
