Immune to Psycology Bindle of Poisons (Confers poisoned attacks)
Stubborn Incapacitating Stench (Makes enemies initiative one, and if they have ASF, removes it.)
Hobo Streetfighter (confers +3 ws) Tattered clothing (Confers 1+ armour save)
Worn-out Top hat (3+ ward)

Background:
Lionel was born from noble blood in the city of Ostland. However when it was sacked by Azhag, he was out on a hunting expedition. When he returned, all of his riches were gone. He moved to the capital of the Empire, and became a hobo. He soon discovered the hobo fighting league, which he quickly dominated, because of his past training as a noble. Soon after this, he caught the attention of the Emperor himself, when he single-handedly out-matched the Emperor's bodyguards just to say hello. Presently he is an Empire general and has an army garrisoned in his rebuilt former home, Ostland.

When you have to tell people that it is a joke, most of the time that's a sign it was not funny. And this is one of those times.

Now if you had first produced a really well converted and beautifully painted miniature that can actually represent this character - ie with that worn-out top hat, the ragged clothes, maybe similar to the style of Terry Pratchett's characters - it might have been somewhat funny or maybe even steampunk-stylish. But you didn't.

Also- joke characters shouldn't have greater daemon statlines.

There's probably a lot more scope in the concept for a fun miscreant hero, than there is for comedy, to be perfectly honest.
