Maybe drop the
AG/
TS on the gargoyles (these guys are gonna get shot up, so may as well keep them cheap), drop one unit of homies, drop the brood lords, and drop the
ST/
AG in favour of
TS for the stealers.
Then add in a unit of warriors (prob 5 strong with
CC setup), swap a unit of Hive Guard for 2 Zoeys and use the remaining points to increase the numbers on your stealers.
This will give you better synapse and better punch when you hit, whilst limiting your early on casualties to 6pnt models instead of 8pnt models.
Just a thought, but playtesting will always prove what works best
