What are some of the "higher" paying jobs i can get out of HS?
Minimum wages like Mcdonalds is "normal", but are there jobs that is high paying but no one likes to do?
Extreme example would be sweeping up body pieces from a suicide -_- and i really don't want to do that.
Cuz a course costs $17,000 unless im reading it wrong ...

A course where?
I think you may be reading it wrong. Community college is maybe 1-2 grand per year tops.
In answer to your question, admin assistant positions are the best thing you can get out of high school probably. They tend to pay around 10ish per hour and you are just answering phones and filing.

Generally, if it's high-paying it's going to be competitive and/or you will need some training/education beyond what you have now.

Vegetable picking actually pays pretty well, but it's unforgiving as anything. Around here is almost double what mcdonalds pays.
Good news, very little competition for positions!

Excuse me while I laugh at your youthful naivety. Universities and colleges exist so people can get the high paying jobs. They're not there for schlitzengiggles. You don't pop out of Highschool fresh faced and expecting anything that could be considered "Higher paying" without working resource based industry, construction, or anything else that's year-round, long hours, physical labour. What I would reccommend would be that if you're not one for regular exercise, that you start hitting the gym and bring yourself up to snuff and apply for a Canadian Forces reserve. It's part time, but if you're wanting to go to school locally, that's your best ticket in. Not only will they help pay your university fees, but it's like a free gym membership and an experience in career skills. It also looks great on a resumé. Every job I've had during and since I was in the reserves, my interviewer has always brought that up with genuine interest. It's that, or look into things like mining, forestry, oil patches, industrial production, etc... as these are what're considered 'Blue Collar' jobs, and usually don't require more than a High School education for your basic labourer. Even then though, there's a lot of competition for those jobs, and anyone hiring will look at more experienced workers who've been in that field for any amount of time before they look at your application.

You could also try and start your own business.
However, there are few truly gifted entrepeneurs that don't need to go through at least several courses in business management in order to start a business from the ground up.

If you want to make good money fresh out of high school, you're going to have to pick a job that is either dangerous (some factory work, oil roughneck, artic crab fishiong, or similar), physically difficult (fruit picking, some factory work), tedious (other factory work, trucking) some combination of the above, or illegal (selling crack, prostition).
If there were an awesome job that paid really well, had nice benefits, and only required a high school education, everyone would do it, which means via supply and demand in a 9% unemployment situation, you won't be doing it.

The community college I grew up next to works out to about 9k per year for a full course load.
As for decent post-high school wages: warehouses, night shift basically anywhere, wait staff, bar tender if you can get the job. Really, though, in most cases the jobs that would pay well out of high school don't want people that are just using it to pay for school.

The short version is is that the main advice you are getting essentially means one of two paths:
Go to tertiary educational facilities (colleges and unversities) and apply yourself to a vocation.
Go find jobs that are hard and require lots of willpower and constitution to do.
Which one suits you?

You need training/schooling for both those. You can TRY to be a cable installer. They will train you while you work, and all you need is a HS diploma. I say try, because its hard to get a spot in there, and even harder as a woman. Just be prepared to work incredibly long hours, but the pay is pretty good. Youll make on average around 10-12 bucks an hour during training, and then when your a full fledged installer you make $15hr+ meaning you get paid by what type of jobs you do. When I did it, the average installer would make a grand+ a week take home. My smallest check was $450 some bucks take home during training. Infact that job paid for my house. But again, your never going to be home once your a full on installer.

Any job that is going to pay more than minimum wage or at least enough for a person to exist on is going to require some sort of education or formal training. That doesn't have to mean a 4 year college. It could be a 2 year school or even a couple week class for learning a trade. There is financial assistance out there, but you need to go look for it (that in itself is a whole other long topic).
Right now the US is getting set up to face a shortage of skilled labor or tradesmen. We are going to have a serious shortage of people who are plumbers, electricians or can do things like repair heating/AC units. Right now everyone is focused on jumping into computer/tech fields but the vast majority of our tradesmen are reaching retirement age. When was the last time you saw a plumber who you'd guess was under 40? There are very few, but people aren't attracted to these fields becuase they are "dirty" and you have to do stuff like crawl under houses on cold raining winter mornings or work in sweltering summer heat. The upside is you can make enough to support yourself and do moderately well with little need for traditional schooling. So if you have a good work ethic but your grades suck, this could be a good opportunity for you.

The problem with TRADES (not jobs/careers/professions, but trades, very different) like plumbing, electricians, etc. that while they don't require formal schooling, they usually require some sort of apprenticeship to learn, and those usually don't pay much, if anything (and they can take a couple years before you can move on). If you're looking for something that you can make a living off of long term and live relatively comfortably immediately, your options are to join the military or become a high priced male prostitute. Other than that you're going to be working for peanuts, be treated like crap, and have all the job security of an elevator operator.

As sad as it is, a person flaunting their body for others to leer at and less exusable hobbies what with the way some minds work, people make a decent wage offering their assets in exchange for money.
It takes little practice and becomes available to anyone as soon as they turn 18 (the generally accepted legal age), they can start creating a portfolio of their "work."
Sigh...not exactly the field I suggest nor condone. But there is a lucrative profit to be made there.
