Any thoughts? Its the center piece for my nids. Sorry about the focus on the lash whip. I need to do something with the base I know that.

That's pretty cool. I really like the blue and red bits. Purple whip is nice too. But the bone parts are a bit plain compared to the rest. The other colours seem to have a lot more depth.
Overall it looks very nice though.

Impressive! I especially like the highlighting on the plates.

Maybe give the tongue a darker green wash, and highlight the bone bits with some drybrushed bleach bone?

Looking back on it now, I think i am going to work on that when i get home today from work. It does need something added to the bone parts.

I love it, save for the tounge, which needs shading, and the base, which is covered in flock, the raw stuff of terribad. Otherwise, good work!

I like it... but the purple whip looks out-of-place to me... you've got 4 major colors going on, all quite different... might be a bit too much?

I honestly wasnt sure what i wanted to do with the whip. i didnt want to make it red because it wouldnt have stood out against the rest of the body and i wanted to keep it subtle enough, you know not puting yellows or more blues, so it was kind of a fallback color. At least i didn't paint it billious green like i was going to originally. lol.

But, Thank you all for you comments, and i am going to take them to heart while painting the rest of this army.

Not at all plonshart... it's a very nice figure, just wasn't sure about the whip.

Would have preferred it if the tongue was the same colour as the whip myself, but all in all an exellent model. Love the bone/red/blue scheme, and also think that the whip needs to be a colour other than red to make it stand out from the body.

The bone sword need a hilight or a drybrush but otherwise it look good

I really like it, especially the work you did on the blue. All of the color does seem a little busy, but I wouldn't want to say for sure until you're done.
