Has anyone got any Information extra on this chapter? And how it would equate into gaming terms? Obviously using the GK Codex considering they're a Successor chapter.
How would the Daemons manifest themselves would they give them Daemonic traits? Even after they've been expelled from their bodies. Do they have Vehicles because I assume they DS and are on foot. What would they be composed of? Do they have Dreadnaughts?
Thanks for anything you can help me with.

If you want to play the Exorcists as Grey Knights then fair enough. Strictly speaking though they operate like a codex chapter though and even have an entry in C:SM. They also appear quite extensively in the Badab campaign, especially in IA10. As a character Silas Alberec isn't half bad though he's nothing to write home about either. I think His Soul-Seared rule would make a fluffy Chapter Tactic, despite not being treated like one in the book.

Although Black Library material states (in 'Headhunted') that they carry the Grey Knights' geneseed, they are not depicted (in that story or elsewhere) to be a chapter of psykers. Imperial Armour X stats a Exorcist captain as a special character for codex Marine armies. As I recall his unique ability is to grant a psychic save to his squad.

I wouldn't put much stock into "Headhunted" as a source because it also amounts to saying that because of the training the Exorcist character received, he is a Psychic Blank.
You don't "train" to become a Blank. You have to be born as it.
So ignore Headhunted. IA10 says that the Gene-Seed(Predecessor) is "Classified by Inquisitorial Bull"...which essentially means that the Inquisition had the Exorcists founded, and then struck the records of their Founding.

All i can offer is this.Treat them as a codex chapter in terms of vehicles and dreads.
Maybe have a house rule for friendly games that they have an invun against psychic powers directed at them, because of the whole fighting off possession process they go through in induction into the chapter.

Ok so the Next question to ask Is would they be mainly Psychic Individuals? For example enough to field a Psyker in each squad?

Likely not.
Having a Chapter "with psychic individuals" is asking for trouble--even before you start making them undergo a possession.

According to IA10, they're very much a codex a chapter so I'd imagine their psyker usage is pretty average. IIRC, any psyker they feel shows enough potential is shipped off to the Grey Knights.* * EDIT - Yep, page 8 of C: GK. InquisitorVaron wrote:Intresting, so would they've gained anything Psychic due to being Daemonically possessed?
Apparently passing the 'initiation' makes it much harder for Daemons to 'detect' them.

So thats that question answered?
Now how can I use them, for example what Codex would be best?
And the next Question is do they get mutated slightly? Because I read that they do but they get Skin grafts to make them "Normal" again. And do they use Vehicles.

Well C:SM are awful and GK are Psychic.
C:SM wouldn't work unless the squads actually get mutations then Oblits shall be staple.
So do they Mutate? Or Is a different Codex needed.

They generally don't mutate, no. Even to the Inquisition, who created and oversees this Chapter, mutation of the body is a sure sign of the corruption of the soul.
The trial of having the Marine possessed by a daemonic entity, and then having that entity forcefully removed, makes the Marine highly resistant to possession by a daemon in the future, and is definitely bound to leave some scars of both the physical and psychological kind. Anything more than this, like tentacles, beweaponed extremities, tails, hooves or glowing sweat is a one-way ticket to an Inquisitorial purification chamber.
This causes me to wonder exactly how common daemonic possession is to a Marine that a Chapter specifically resistant to it had to be created... but I suppose the Inquisition has its reasons.
The skin grafts are likely used to hide the various sigils, symbols and stigmata inflicted upon them during the rites of exorcism.

Very Interesting. So the sole purpose of the Daemonic possession is to make them harder to posses and almost invisible to the Warp. So C:SM seems like a good choice possibly even BA for their Red Thirst rule which could represent an Outburst as they remember their possession?
Would they focus on any kind of combat? Lexicanum says they'd be outfitted with the tools of an Exorcist what would they be precisely? CC or Ranged? Or a mixture.
I read that they have plenty of Scouts, which brings up the question have the Scouts been possessed or not?

Yeah, basically... where most Chapters implant the Black Carapace as a sign of a Scout becoming a full Battle-Brother, the Exorcists have... an extra step.
Exorcists are almost always equipped with a chainsword and flamer, though I'm not sure that is what they mean in reference to this Chapter. That's a very vague description. Perhaps the meant the Nemesis Force weapons and blessed Stormbolters of the GK? Not sure.

How would they deploy onto the Battlefield? Drop Pods? Walk on? Transports? Teleporting?
Have they got Terminators? Do they deploy Dreadnaughts or Thunderfire cannons or something equivalent to that?

They probably have few to no Terminators and no Dreadnoughts... I can't imagine that Marines of this Chapter who are that grievously wounded survive the action long enough to be interred into a Dreadnought. They may have vehicle support, but from what fluff of theirs that I've read, they seem to be primarily foot-marines.... deployed to Daemon Worlds and worlds on the edge of the Eye of Terror to kill daemons.
They do have a Battle Barge and a couple Strike Cruisers, so I would imagine drop-pod assault is the common deployment method.

They're backed by the =I=; therefor, they have access to a huge amount of resources. I would say they have plenty of vehicles, plenty of dreads, and plenty of TDA at their disposal.

plenty of dreads,
Here's the thing....
Dreadnoughts are not a "resource". It's not like the Inquisition points its finger at a Forge World and demands it deliver 100 Leman Russ tanks to a given Chapter World. That's a resource.
A Dreadnought requires there to be a nearly-almost-completely-mostly-dead Space Marine of the same Chapter to inter into the Dread's chassis. Not quite sure what the classification is for terms-of-service that makes a Dread a "Venerable Dread"... but, from what I can tell, the Exorcist chapter isn't really all that old, compared to other SM chapters.
I dunno.

The "tools of an exorcist" probably doesn't refer to weapons as such to be honest, but literally the tools to perform an exorcism.
Blessed water, book, relics, etc...similar to Grey Knights always carrying their Liber Daemonica with them.
