I think it is going to be really sweet. I am definitely getting that one and the skorne for sure, possibly even will get the troll one. I think that the legion battle engine will work with that and evayl

This actually made me turn away from Legion. I honestly do not like the look or feel. Here's hoping the Trollblood get some love!

Well the only problem with the legion battle engine is that is is to tall and is going probably going to be a pain to put together. But overall i love the look but I hope the trollblood one is really good and cool looking. I am not sure how the skorne will look i hope it is just a different looking elephant that is somehow much taller bigger and better than all other abused elephants

Hate it, seems like a departure from the normal everblight theme of monster reptiles.

Something about it just seems off, maybe its the mouth?

We've seen illustrations of the Trollblood and Skorne ones actually. Trollbloods have the War Wagon, which is basically a buffalo-pulled cart with a naval gun on it and some support Scattergunners it seems. The Skorne one is the Siege Amanatarax, which is a giant Anklyosaur with a howdah on the back and Venator cannons, rather than an elephant of any sort.

And stuff.

Personally, I think it looks rad. While I do believe that the Top of the model could have been improved upon the concept was well executed.

So apparently Everblight saw the Swamp Horror Octopus beast and said to himself, "Pfft, I can do that. And mine will be bigger, and better, and more dragony. AAAAND have a witch on top..."

I like the way it looks (from a design standpoint) but I dislike the mounting. Having it propped up on its tentacles/tongue make it look like it's supposedly to be shambling along the ground, instead of flying. Would have rathered some sort of flight stand with no part of the model contacting the base.

Question, are the BEs plastic or Pewter? Cause, man that thing is going to weight a ton!

If its pewter I'm assuming they did it for stability because making that much pewter fly and be stable would be quite the task.

The Warmachine ones are hybrid Resin/Metal.

I like it. Three different melee weapons may suggest three different weapon abilities.

I wonder if it will have critical consume and magic ability (from the wizard on top).

The special abilities will make or break it, beyond the basic stats. I'd expect there to be something cold-themed with the sorceress up top and maybe some ability to spawn or something that triggers off of destroying living models.

yeah, just noticed its immune to cold which is nifty. Not sure that comes up a great deal, but vs Khador and cold sationary effects, its kinda nice.

For me to warrant the expense and storage it needs to provide my lists with something that is not already available, or does a job better/cheaper than something else, which for Legion is going to be hard to do.

Could dream that one tentacle does 20, but I highly doubt it.

A shame it wasn't some bigass traditional sort of dragon. I'd buy one of those just for the sheer sake of having a big badass, blind dragon.

It doesn't break from any "dragon theme" so much as it sticks to the "rampant uncontrolled blight induced mutation" theme.

That thing probably used to be ogrun *shudder*

Really, after looking at it more. It's grown on me.

I can see myself drilling a hole through it's center and placing it on a flight base.

I can also see it being used as a glass hammer sort of unit, with either teleportation, or it's own sort of "deep strike" rule to bash a hole into people then start tentacle raping them...


Christ, I just realized they put a tentacle monster in the mostly female warlock army.

They might be Blighted Weea-boo Elves, but they have needs too. A tentacle a day, keeps Pimp daddy Thagrosh away!

I really like this model, it's just disturbing enough to be awesome. I think it fits in well with Everblight's theme, and looks similar to the warbeasts in my opinion. I'd like to know the fluff of why Everblight made this thing though, will be interesting I think.
