A rip off of the most expensive thread, but I wonder what the cheapest is?
I'll go first with Tau

Troops
6x Fire warriors

I think this will be the cheapest, at 170p, see if you can do better.

They do, and believe the cheapest set-up is this:
Shas'El w/ Flamer, Burst Cannon, Blacksun Filter - 65pts (give or take ~5pts since I don't have my codex on me atm)
So Tau would be:
That + 2x 6 FWs for a total of 185pts
