It appears that the Tau Commander DLC for Dawn of War II has hit the shelves today.

I have to say I like it.

But the cost at about ten bucks is a bit high.

Still, I've played about 6 hours today and probably a few more hours over the course of the next few days, so it may be worth it in the end.

Not buying this overpriced DLC unless it goes on sale at $5 or less. Out of principle.

Honestly, I am more impressed with the DKoK and Words Bearers skins that came out at the same time. All three DLCs look nice.

Agree with juraigamer. $10 is too much. I'd pay $5 but that's pushing it. Honestly, I'd rather they put out more maps than this continued stream of DLC.

if going by what the OP said then 6 hours+ for $10 DLC is somewhat worth it based purely on that.

However i dont own DOW II so i cant really say anything.

When the rich rage war it's the poor who die

Armies I want:Lizardmen, Warriors Of Chaos, Dark Eldar

I'm probably just going to buy the dlc bundle,
It's a lot cheaper than buying all the stuff I would use separately

Is there more than one map, now, or is it still the same one?

I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

There are two now but I wouldn't hold my breath. They don't play that differently.

Just been trying this "Last Stand" for the first time. Seems ok, I like Doombolt!

Over the hills and far away.

I got the Shas'o DLC the morning it came out and i hit level 20 that night after about 8 hours of on and off playing... All i can say is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over powered. As soon as you squish 100 enemies you get the ability to twin link weapons and well... thats all she wrote. TL burst cannons w/anti armour missiles are brutal. A team of 3 Shas'o who know what they are doing can get to wave 20 without a problem.
