Cool, so you're going for a Trukk list. I'd say you've got the right idea. Put the KFF Mek in the Battlewagon, cluster the Trukks around it, zoom forward and krump some skulls.

The 'Ard Boyz I assume are going in the Battlewagon?

Honestly this list looks pretty good. The only things I'd really change is some of your Wargear.

Trukks don't need Grot Riggers. If they're immobilized, they're screwed. If you get immobilized, then next turn your Boyz are going to have to SIT IN THE TRUKK while it TRIES to fix itself, and then NEXT TURN you can finally zoom forward. Better to have your boyz bail out on the Trukk and huff it the rest of the way on foot. It's a waste of points.

One thing you MAY want to give your Trukks is Boarding Planks. You also might want to consider giving your Trukks Rokkits. This makes your Trukks that have already dropped off their troops annoying threats that your opponent has to deal with... and a Rokkit is only 5 points on a Trukk! Bargain! The Reinforced Ram and Red Paint Job are good.

For the Battlewagon, Zzap Guns are crap, and my opinion of Grabbin' Klaws isn't high, but I can't say I've ever actually USED one, so try it out. Personally, again I'd use a Boarding Plank instead. Deffrolla and Red Paint Job and Grot Riggers are great on the Battlewagon. I would replace the Zzap Gun with a Kannon (The Kannon can be fired in Frag Mode as a defensive weapon). Also make sure you stick Armour Plates on the Battlewagon to keep it moving (and thus keep it Deff-rolling!)

If you have any points leftover, consider adding a small squad of 5 Lootas, or a small squad of Gretchin to keep in Reserve that can claim a home objective while your army zooms forward.

Murrdox and I seem to think alike in many ways, with different preferences in seasoning.

Read the tacticas. Mine is in my signature. I tend to do math hammer, and then thrown in something more random or unorthodox, because I don't want a totally formulaic list.

Personally, I think that the trukks are overloaded. I run mine with RR only. I don't see it being effective spending lots of points on an AV10 open-topped vehicle. As a fast vehicle, I don't think trukks need RPJ. The RR allows me to re-roll dangerous terrain and try to hide out when seperated from the KFF. It also allows me to tank shock. I've nickle and dimed units to death with big shootas coming from everywhere. Last week, I was tank shocking everything and being a general nuisance, when a terminator decided to death or glory me. He popped the trukk(big surprise there), and the ensuing kaboom caused a load of hits on the unit, 1 failed an armor save and hey, whatdya know, a 40 point kill. Trukk totally paid for itself and more. Vehicles for orks are a means of getting the charge, IMO. That is a transports primary purpose. After that, you try to make it earn its points, hence deffrolling and tank shocking.

Anyways.

Take the bosspole off the warboss and put it on the 'ard boyz nob. The boss will die first. Always keep the BP with the unit, if at all possible. This is in my tactica, along with other suggestions/guidelines.

The Big Mek is overloaded. I keep mine inside the battlewagon to make repairs and ensure the KFF bonus stays with it and surrounding allies. I only add something beyond the KFF if I'm screwing around(like with my fluffy named big mek). The PK is only worth it if you're putting a boarding plank on the battlewagon and keeping him inside.

Concerning the battlewagon, if the Big Mek is staying inside, chances are you don't need grot riggers. The kannon is preferable to the zzap gun, and only one big shoota is necessary. I run mine normally at 125 points- Deffrolla, AP, Big Shoota.

I wouldn't run 3 koptas....too many IMO, but it depends on local meta. They just aren't very effective for me.

Either way, those are some areas where you can free up points. A couple units of 5 lootas would be nice, for me.

Enjoy!

I'd also put the Warboss with one of the Trukks to spread out threats, and give him an Attack Squig. I would also drop at least one of the Buzzsaw's and make a 2 Kopta unit with wound allocation. No Red Paint on the Trukks. I do like Red Paint on the Battlewagon since it can move 7 inches and still have the Boyz inside shoot, but enemies assaulting the BW have to hit it on a 6.

I don't write the rules. My ego just lives and dies by them one model at a time.
