Mostly the galtling gun, it looks too small to be an assault cannon.

Those look like they're just cool guns drawn because the artist wanted to draw cool guns.

Also, the drills are tools. And a tech priest could really be any size, there are probably some that dwarf marines, meaning that those guns could be huge or tiny.
Just artist's flight of fancy I'm guessing

That drill is a Breacher Unit. The former is used by Magos Militants to tear through ship hulls and lesser structures to get to the unfortunate organics within who need a lesson on the Omnissiah's Weapons of Warfare. The Breacher Unit is basically a giant drill equipped with a power field and plasma-cutters.
They're also handy for mining and other earth-moving projects.
I like how his mechadendrite has mechadendrites. Yo, dawg, I herd you liek robotic tentacles...
And, yes, that gatling gun on the top Magos' arm is an assault cannon.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised. |

The mini-assault cannon is just something that exists in fluff it's not in the game at all, though if they ever make an Admech codex it should be included as a weapon for Tech Priests/Praetorians.
