I'm not a big fan of MSU or autarchs. I think you should bring 2 x 10 dire avengers with exarch and bladestorm, and use eldrad. That will give you psychic defense and a bad ass psycher.
I use to play with 3 fire prisms but i've found that 2 fire prisms and a nightspinner is a much better combo. Making them go through diffcult and dangerous terrain is pretty awesome.

I'm fairly unsure how Nightspinners work. I'll have to go download their rules and check them out.
MSU have really been working fairly well for me. I run the DA together most of the time, so its almost like I have 2 squads of 10, but I get the added bonus of the extra tank.

How do the small DA squads perform with Bladestorm? That is an ability that appears to be more useful on full sized squads.
You're hosting 100 points in Spirit Stones. I hear the old addage that a stationary tank is a dead tank, but you are running with 10 tanks. Including Star Engines, that is 130 points worth of vehicle upgrades. Playstyles often vary, but this is an area I'd look at: what would benefit your army more for those 130 points.
It is a solid list in my opinion and getting in more games with it will only improve your play.
Have you posted a video battle report with this list yet?

Your list is suffering from massive bloating. lots of upgrades that arent very useful at all. Star Engines are a waste, Spirit stones is not really worth the points but can be a good investment on FD serpents, not so much on DAVU Serpents.
Then comes the massive waste of bladestorm on a 5 man squad. For 27pts you get 5 more shots, and then you have to wait a whole turn to fire again. For 24pts you could get 4 more shots and two more bodies that can fire the next turn aswell, I know what I would take if I had to chose. That said, 5 DAs should never leave the transports if the dont have to.
Scatter Lasers can usually deal with transports better than EMLs can. But I find a mix is usually the best thing.
Personally I would consider something like this with your list in mind.
HQ:
Eldrad = 210
Autarch (FG) = 80
Troops:
5xDA = 60
Serpent (EML, Cannon) = 130
5xDA = 60
Serpent (EML, Cannon) = 130
5xDA = 60
Serpent (EML, Cannon) = 130
5xDA = 60
Elites:
5xFDs = 80
Serpent (Cannon) = 100
5xFDs = 80
Serpent (Cannon) = 100
5xFDs = 80
Serpent (Cannon) = 100
Heavy:
3xWWs (Scatter) = 180
3xWWs (Scatter) = 180
Falcon (EML, Holo, Stones) = 180

If it's any help my mate used to run a list like this:
Eldrad
5 x Fire Dragons w/ Serpent - shuri cannons all round
5 x Fire Dragons w/ Serpent - shuri cannons all round
5 x Fire Dragons w/ Serpent - shuri cannons all round
5 x Dire Avengers w/ Serpent - shuri cannons all round
5 x Dire Avengers w/ Serpent - shuri cannons all round
5 x Dire Avengers w/ Serpent - shuri cannons all round
3 x War Walkers - 6 x EMLs
3 x War Walkers - 6 x EMLs
3 x War Walkers - 6 x EMLs
Add that up as that's roughly from the top of my head. You could switch the twin-linked shuri cannons for EMLs. I did really hate those War Walkers in his list.

Actually guys, I play Sheep all the time, His eldar are a pain in the ass to play against. I understand 100% about All those points in upgrades and all that jazz. His list is tweeked so tightly to his play style that it works perfectly. the past few games, i have only beaten him on the Last turn of 6 or 7..and by the favor of the dice gods (a.k.a..pure dumb luck)
@Sheep, I have the WD issue with the Night spinners rules if you want to give it a spin bud, i can bring it Thursday.

The Nightspinner rules are now on the GW site you just need to use their search to find it.
You will quickly find that EMLs are extremely luck dependent. I'm not sure what the hell you are facing though that you need THAT many str 8 shots for. With 3 units of Dragons that should easily be cover your AV12 needs unless you are fighting another eldar play in which they will have the same issue vs you.
You'll find a nice mesh to this list is Nightspinners and 4 man Jetbike units. Also I can not say it enough times, you need to have a farseer for Psy protection and powers. Take Eldrad one time to guide 2 of your prisms and thank me later. S9 Lascannon Blasts will assist your craving for more high str nicely.

Hey BadSheep. I would really like to see you have Holo-Fields on the Fire Prisms, I really think this helps with the surviveability. I disagree with most people on here saying that Spirit Stones are not worth it. I believe they are. Also, with a list like yours you DO need to keep moving all the time, since you are such a speed oriented army list. Me personally think that the Nightspinner (and I have run it multiple times) is really kinda --- MEH... I think you are better off with the Fire Prisms. If you are worried about tank busting and if you play a lot of IG and strength 14 vehicles, then I would try to get bright lances on the Avenger tanks and have shuri cannons on the FireDragons... I personally think for the extra points and the 1 extra potential hit, they are not worth it compared to a Shuriken Cannon, yes they are 24" vs 36" scatterlasers, but I have looked at most of your bat reps... You fly your troops around like a mother... 24" is not a big deal for you. As for the star engines... some people love them, I personally for the points am not a big fan of them. I like vectored engines - so that if I went flat out and roll a 1 on difficult terrain or am shot down I am not a wreck or lose my guys. Cheers and good luck man. Be loyal to your Codex and keep tweeking and it will work for you and your style of play.

Vectored Engines and entering difficult terrain is a very good point I had not thought about, especially after the FAQ that kills infantry if the flat out tank is destroyed in the same player turn. Something I will look at for my own army.

Paying the insane amount of points that vectored engines cost is not efficient. Simply don't enter difficult terrain friviously. The increadibly high cost is more cost effient in other things that could help you the whole game rather then the last turn.

First off, thank you guys a ton for taking the time to check my list out. I think all of your advice is extremely solid, but not all of it would fit into my play style. Let me break some of the comments down so we can further discuss. The biggest suggestion I am seeing, is for me to take at least 1 if not 2 units of War Walkers. Guys I couldn't agree with you more that they lay down a world of hurt. The dakka they put out is siiiick as hell and if you guide them its amazing. On the flip side to that, I'm really not wanting to change around my entire play style to fit them in. I would have to have Eldrad so guide the 2 squads and he would have to stay parked with them pretty much the whole game...I have been playing very fast and really just trying to put my opponent into a position where I want him. If I build another army with a different play style in mind, you can bet your ass im grabbing those War Walkers. Until then, I don't feel they have a place in this particular list. Alright let me throw out some reasoning behind why I'm rocking the upgrades I'm rocking. Spirit Stones - I do realize I have a lot of points just in this upgrade, but to be honest, every single game, they have either saved my ass, or kept my serpents running so I could go and contest/claim objectives. This upgrade is the one upgrade that I don't even consider not running. I did try to not take stones in one of my games against a daemons army and the ONLY reason he won was because he kept stunning my tanks which allowed him to get close. Must have upgrade in my book. Star Engines - Alright, I can see where a lot of people wouldn't dig these guys. I'm contemplating dropping some star engines and putting something else in, but once again, they have come in handy so so much. I like the idea of being able to move an entire 36 inches to an objective late game, or being able to block in tanks in their deployment zone. 24 inches just doesn't really get you there. Also, I will use the star engine move to block assault lines to my DA, or FD after they disembark. Its really one of those things that I started really relying on and it fits my play style so well, that its so tough to get rid of. I could probably drop the Star Engines on the DA squads, but the Fire Dragon serpents would have to keep them. Their just far to useful on that first turn. Eldar Missile Launchers - After play testing my older list with spamming scatter lasers, I really feel the list needs more str 8. Its really just a back up if my fire dragons get shot down, or they miss their target. Once my Dragons are gone, I have found the scatter lasers are falling short in popping even armor 11. Not to mention the AP is a huge huge huge issue for me. Lets take a look at MCs. Their typically T6 so your rolling 4s to hit then 4s to wound. Without getting to math hammer crazy, it seems to me that with those 3+ saves, wounding them with scatter lasers is really not that reliable. Now with the EML, yea you only get one shot, but your making them take an invulnerable or just making them take a wound. IMO having that piece of mind to just deny their armor is worth it to me. Not to mention the extra STR 8 shots has a nice chance to insta death some other targets. Also, since they can fire their small blasts, they kind of double as horde crowd control. YMMV, but I feel the EML is what the list was really lacking. Autarch vs Farseer - This one is extremely tough. I have run a Farseer for a long time and they are completely amazing. I went with the Autarch though for a couple reasons. First off, I love the idea of being able to reserve and have a good bit of stuff come in on turn 2. I just like the options going into a game. Also, with the Star Engines, I can be across that table in no time when I arrive from reserve. Also, the fusion gun is extremely nice to have if tanks do reach your lines. Just being able to jump out and pop something is sweet. Granted I do miss the psy defense and the guide/doom combo for my DA, but I have gotten really used to not having it. Also, If i were to shave points, I would prob look into getting another Autarch. To me it doesn't make sense to only run 1, because your not really gaining the full benefit of the autarch. His big thing is for the reserve rolls, and getting that 2+ is amazing IMO. DA and Bladestorm - A couple reasons I have them set up this way. I typically run a couple of the serpents together so If I do jump out, its like having a full squad of DA that are blade storming. I do agree that I could just take a couple extra dudes and save some points, but I have this odd thing with numbers, and I feel good when my squads are either 5 or 10 lol. As stupid as that may sound, my lists need to be very organized and having crazy odd numbers just doesn't work for me...its a head thing =P Changes that I am really looking into making after reading all of your guys advise. If im running those EML, I could prob take off the Star Engines because Ill be able to stay farther back and shoot from range which will be nice. Also, I prob don't need the scatter lasers on my Fire Dragon Serpents. It probably is wasted points since those tanks will more than likely get popped. Also, I may drop the stones on my Fire Prisms. I haven't been running them with stones and really only put them on there to match everything else. They prob wont be missed. With the saved points, I was thinking about getting myself another Autarch with a fusion gun. That way I will have yet another melta if I need it as well as the 2+ reserve roll. I know its not a farseer, but I'm really trying to stick to my play style...even if it is a little weaker. PS - Holofields on the Prisms would be AMAZING...I just can't seem to shave the points for them. I really wish I could Let me know if you guys think these changes would make a difference. Thanks for reading!

Also, I will use the star engine move to block assault lines to my DA, or FD after they disembark
I'm not sure if you mean using a different tank to block the assault lines for your FD etc if so that's fine. However if you mean using the tank that they've disembarked from I'm quite sure that you can't use star engines on the same turn as troops embark or disembark.

Glad I could help I'd had the same idea about using them after disembarked troops had fired but sadly you're not allowed. At least that leaves you with a few more points to play with if you don't take them.
Oh and make sure to keep making your youtube battlereports they're great fun watch.

I'll be sure to try and make that happen. I'm looking forward to reporting Eldar VS DE here in the next couple weeks. That one should be a lot of fun.

Maybe if you take off the star engines you would have points for the holo fields on the prisms... may be not. I do really like the idea of 2 autarchs, I know someone else who does this and it works really well with him on reserve rolls. The extra fusion gun is good too. I agree with you on the War Walkers, it would not fit your list. Good luck and keep the bat reps coming. Cheers.
