I thought we could make a character based on Warlord Grimskull in Space Marine, the video game. Anyone have any ideas?

Wargear
Cyborg body, Ork armour, bosspole, powerclaw, custom shoota, smoke producing contraption (you can suggest a better name)

Custom shoota- grim skull can choose to fire an auto cannon or a rokkit launcher
Smoke producing contraption- because of grimskulls smoke machine he gets a 4+ cover save

Special rules
Eternal warrior, waaagghh, furious charge, preferred enemy space marines

You can fill in the gaps as I'm not normally an Ork player but I hope it helps anyway.

He needs a special rule ("Clumsy Git").

Clumsy Git: anytime Grimskull is on a structure or within 2" of a ledge on a 1 on 1d6 (rolled any time he moves/assaults) he falls off and is assumed dead... However he returns to play d6 rounds later.
