If it is Fluufy why includ a ultramarines character.......scout sergeant tilion? but i like the idea with the sternguard, they cant shoot out there razorbacks though! :(

well, fluffwise telion will train the scouts and it is a long range army, so why would i put the sternguard in the razorbacks?

Telion being in the army is just fine, if people give you grief about an ultramarines character, just rename him something different.
Razorbacks are a good idea here, the offset of not having two models shooting their bolters is offset by the Razorback's gun.

I do not like the sternguard set up. They can not shoot out a razorback, it will not get them close quick enough, combiplasmas are not so needed with special ammo, if you will ever shoot a lascannon you may as well have 2.
