Why use pigment on the rock and not a regular paint or wash?

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

What type of moss is that on the base and were can i get it?

Is it woodland senics?

I believe you can get this moos from every company that produces terrain accesories for model trains. woodland senics is one of those and also NOCH.
