I imagine Latiny choir songs (like the Imperial Guard video posted above) are the norm. Stuff like rock and roll or etc are likely prohibited (though the Imperium's ability to crack down on such things would be pretty limited) and most songs simply praise the Emperor or heroes like Yarrick, Sanguinius, Macharius, etc.
