Any Advice is welcome

The scarabs seem awfully small and might be easily picked off at that small amount of points. I see that you are trying to have a unit that is able to close combat, might be better off buffing up your scarabs or warriors a bit and skipping the lychguard.

Just as a side note, your going to have a hard time fielding Night Scythe's at the moment as no kit is available for them yet. Not saying you can't but other than that interesting small point list.
