Do you mean can both have it in the same list or is it a legal option for either of them?

1) Can both have it in the same list? That depends on what the wording for the gifts is. If it doesn't say something to the effect of "Gifts may not be duplicated" then they can both have it, assuming the Gorebull can afford a gift that costs that many points.

2) Can a Gorebull have Gnarled Hide(Doombull most assuredly) Well, that depends on if his point allowance is big enough.

Chaos gifts cannot be repeated. You'll find the wording for it under the chaos gift section of the Beastman army book.

And yes, both Doombull and Gorebulls can afford to take gnarled hide, just not at the same time. It's only a 15 pt item

Though technically neither will end up with it, because it should be on your wargor BSB However I guess if your gorebull is the BSB then he might get to enjoy what is easily the best gift of chaos in the game (coming in right before bloodcurdling roar IMO)

Give it to your Doombull in fact:
Doombull
-Gnarled Hide
-Heavy Armor
-Shield
-Dawnstone
-Ramhorn Helm
-Sword of Swift Slaying
-The Other Trickster's Shard

Best build out there. I5 so ASF sword generally means rerolls. A 1+ rerollable armor save, and ramhorm means every wound that is saved by the armor save is an extra attack, which also gets the ASF reroll if target is I5 or lower. The only thing that sucks is no ward save.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Top Tip: do not have this doombull in a unit when he enters combat. That's one hell of a slick trick, but if he's running with a bunch of T4 6+ armor minos you know that nobody is going to fight the 1+ ramhorn if at all possible. However if the doombull is soloing, the enemy has no choice but to hasten their demise

Top Top Tip.
Have the Doom Bull joined by the Gor Bull BSB, and deploy the unit 1 wide.
Yeah, doom bull in front, gorebull in the 2nd rank.
Give gore bull the stubborn crown.
Now you got +1 combat res, supporting attacks, stubborn, and re-roll to break tests if by some miracle you lose combat.
Don't forget to make your supporting attacks with the BSB too!

You have to have a complete rank to get +1 combat resolution. Conga lines don't get you rank bonuses.

I think the +1 is from the BSB's banner.

This is super high praise from Boss...

Also this gives me a question for YMDC.

“It was in lands of the Chi-An where she finally ran him to ground. There she kissed him deeply as he lay dying, and so stole from him his last, agonized breath.

On a delicate chain at her throat, she keeps it with her to this day.”
