That sound you're hearing is my jaw hitting the ground. An absolutely beautiful re-sculpt and paint job; makes the model look so much more dynamic!

IMHO, a good Mephiston project needs to be both imperious and regal at the same time.
This model have both in spades! Well done Winterdyne!

The paint and sword esp. are gorgeous, but to provide a (constructive!) critique as well from what I can see in the photo (I'm assuming you resculpted/converted this):
-The cloak and robe look too thick/clunky to my eye
-The legs are a bit awkwardly spread judging by the angle of the knees/feet, it almost looks like he's trying to sit

Agreed, and was this a re sculpt, or a conversion, the legs and base look like a similar product I have seen before. It also looks like you could thin your paints in a few spots as well.

It's a resculpt; and I'm gratified the legs and base look like a product, as they were scratch built. :-)
Here's the unpainted version:
The sculpt is lacking in smoothness in a few places, it's that rather than thick paint you're seeing if you're referring to the face/brow and right side of the chest. I'm still teaching myself to sculpt, slowly! I expect a significant improvment when I get some session time in with Chris and/or George. Nothing like watching people (in this case far, far) better than you to push yourself forward.
A few things that have been mentioned here and elsewhere can be tweaked with paint, so there is a fix list of sorts forming in my mind. The pose itself looks a lot more natural in the hand, and moreso from a higher angle; I might put together a 360 video at some point to show what I mean.

I actually didn't realize you sculpted all that you did, I thought more of the upper body and head were the original, so kudos!
I also want to emphasize, I was offering a critique purely because I think commenting without is a bit pointless, your work there is still excellent and shouldn't be taken away from. The sculpting definitely has room for improvement (for instance, getting up to the level your painting is at, which is pretty stellar), but is very good all things considered.
One other thing I forgot to mention: the base and the mushrooms/fungus on it is a really nice touch. It may not be super grim dark, but it's very cool.

I take any and all critique positively; never hold back! I prefer posts that add something 'ooooh awesome!' doesn't really push me forward, although it does stoke my ego. ;-p
I think my main issue with sculpting at the moment is a tendency to rush it, the sculpt on this was done in a couple of days and really only about 4 layers. I should probably watch someone build something like this so I can get a feel for how to put it together more smoothly. This is also the first mini I've done any decent amount of sculpting on (other than a few practice heads and a couple of *REALLY* bad anatomy studies). Pretty confident I can up my game on this side of things.

Amazing. Looks like it was a $21.50 gw model. LOVE the mushrooms on the base.
