I was wondering if there were primarch models in existence, particularly War-master Horus and the Emperor?

If so where can i get them and do they have any special rules?

Pretty sure if you want them, you'll have to make them yourself. Angron has some rules, but he's the only one AFAIK

Arguing with some people is like playing chess with a pigeon. You can play the best chess in the world, but at the end of the day the pigeon will still knock all the pieces off the board and then gak all over it.

You can find homemade ones everywhere, like ebay, but there are no *real* primarch models. GW never made them to my knowledge.

A better way to to utilise older marks of power armour. Remember that during the heresy, Chaos Marines were for the most part still wearing regular, old pattern power armour. A primarch striding amongst a bunch of GW plastics in mark VII would look really out of place.

It's fairly easy to convert or find an alternate model for a primarch, just look around places like Scibor. But if you're just using normal GW plastics, and want to recreate horus heresy battles, it's never going to 'look' like the horus heresy.
