Hi, I need some help with an idea in the works.
You know the Ghost Ark/Doomsday Ark kit has all those spare necrons if you decide to make the Doomsday Ark? Well I decided to use these bodies for flayed ones by covering up the front chest/arms with green stuff to represent flesh (I've also got other spare bits from other armies for extra flesh)
But here's the problem, I just don't know how to create the arms. A possible choice is the spare bits from the kits, not every weapon is being used... but this doesn't solve how I'm going to create the claw arma
Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Buy the immortal/lycheguard kit.
By my reckon, you get 10 pairs of spare arms after making one of the unit choices with either kit.

Thanks, but I need help with the claws too. I'm eventually going to have two Doomsday arks so I might have 20 flayed ones from them (40 arms), is that going to be enough spare bits? I'm also going to need some of the spare staffs and guns for my own converts for these units as well (though necron warrior boxes might help since I'm not buying any more of those other than to get more scarabs)

Dark Eldar are your friend in this case. If you look on ebay you can get old 3rd Ed DE for a song usually & their rifles have bayonets & blades on the hilts that make perfect claws not to mention the pistol/ ccw hands have extra blades as well.

See the thumbs on my warsmith's claws? They're made from DE rifle blades.

Tyranids as well on this one. Genestealers or gaunts. Bugs come with oodles of usable claws
