Which of the eight Baneblade tanks is the best choice?

They include:
Baneblade
Shadowsword
Stormlord
Doomhammer
Banesword
Banehammer
Stormsword
Hellhammer

Baneblade
Shadowsword
Stormsword

The others are redundant.

I agree, but the Stormlord is pretty cool.

Of the 6 variants that can be made of the shadowsword kit, seems to me that the shadowsword itself is the best. Strength D weapons are just baller. Stormsword and regular baneblade or hellhamer also seem pretty good. The other variants do seem pretty weak/not needed. I suppose the stormlord would be a good platform for heavy weapons squads to ride in, but the weapon isn't as good as it looks on paper (BS3 shots just aren't as good as huge templates).

Easily Baneblade or Shadowsword. It's not even a contest.

When it comes to Super Heavy tanks, Valdor is best. Also, the Eldar SHs are swag.

In all reality, having a mech tau army a shadowsword is the best against me.

The only two I ever use are the Shadowsword and the Baneblade.

4 Sponsons on the Shadowsword, remove the sponsons on the baneblade.

I don't care for any of the non forge world super heavies, except maybe the Hellhammer.

Baneblade, Shadowsword and stormsword are all cool, and I really wish you could get a plastic stormblade

Stormblade is great - my Regimental Commander uses one

Where it comes to super heavies Flyers are the best.
