Few things
1 you need the banner & pole on 1 non otherwise you end up choosing between them
2 1 battlewagon needs no riggers as you have a mek
3 you battlewagons need a big shoota to avoid auto immobilized
4 AllYour boys should be sluggas and need no rokkits
Your wagons are not gunboats they are essentially giant ramming siege engines that unload troops safely

10 nobs can often times be a little overkill. If you dope 1 or 2 you may be able to fit in a small grot unit to hold your home objective that way you can move all 4 BW to the fight

I find 10 to be a bit overkill as well and unless you know you're only going to be playing kill point games I would invest in a small squad of grots for holding objectives.
I also agree with the posts concerning rokkits. If you must give you boyz special weapons give them Big Shootas. That being said, take at least one big shoota on your battle wagons.
Personally, I would drop the PK on the Big Mek as well but I know some people like to take it. I think it's not a necessary thing and would rather place those 25 points elsewhere but you can do what you will.
Actually, if you drop the PK on the Big Mek and reduce all those Rokkits on your boyz to Big Shootas, and remove even 1 Nob, you should have enough points left over to add a 9th buggie giving you 3 squads of 3. This is even after you add the Big Shootas to your Battle wagons.
Hope this helps.

I think you have way to many Nobs. You really only need about 6-7 Nobs.
I don't think grots are needed in a list like this. Well any list honestly. I have never liked them and think they give you a false sense of hope. They will not be aable to hold your objective if anyone gets near them at all.
I think this list is probably the way I would go with it. Still gives you a very tough army to deal with and the hitting power that you want and need.

Well there you go. 5 BW's, 6 Rokkits buggies, 12 Nobs and 58 boys. Now this is just an idea for you. Please do with it what you will as I am just showing you what I might do. It is your army play it how you feel.
Cheers!

I did want to make them trakks I just couldn't get the points. I totaly forgot about the riggers as well. was thinking to much about the nobs I guess.
I left the 2 boys out for one to gett the points I needed and 2 so he could choose to put the Meks in with the nobs or the boys.
I would probably use meganobs if it was me. But I just like meganobs so much. And they are cheaper in the long run.

Really cheaper?
Hmm well 7 Meganobz with cybork is 315 so its hard to see how they are cheaper.
However they are more durable.
I Face gk mostly so I ignore Meganobz but always want to use them.

Can't take cybork on them. I am talking after everyone upgrades them with PK and what not. Meganobs are cheaper in the long run. Points for points.
No not with them set up like they ae now. But I don't give them a crap ton either. So I guess my nobs would be cheaper in this instance.
I use my meganobs in my kan/dread wall. I love them.

Many people(including myself) will warn that 10 nobz may be overkill. Personally, I often run 10 nobz, but keep in mind I often run against SW, and CSM(many units up to 20 in number).
Personally, I load them thus:
415 - 10 Nobz, all with Cybork Bodies(250). Equipment:
Painboy
PK, Waaagh! Banner, BP
PK, Shoota/Skorcha
PK
BC, Shoota/Skorcha
BC, TL-Shoota
BC
Shoota/Skorcha
'eavy armor(used to use TL-Shoota but this gives the 4+ armor and extra attack on the charge)
Stock Nob
As previously stated, put the BP with the Waaagh! Banner so you don't have to choose at the end. I would put shoota/skorcha's on as much as possible, as opposed to TL-shootas, kombi rokkits, or additional BP's. A S5 AP4 template is nothing for infantry to laugh at, and being able to drop 3 before an assault is nasty.
Your Battlewagons DO need a big shoota on each....otherwise look great, and if you need the points you can drop the grot riggers on the one transporting the big mek. I keep him inside anyways and don't disembark.
The PK is an extravagant use of points on the big mek. 'eavy armor too, IMO. A big mek is just a nob w/ Ld8 that can be singled out in CC, so IMO, PK's are overpriced for them. If you keep it, I'd still suggest keeping him in the BW. Swap grot riggers for a boarding plank so he can run out and hit vehicles that the deffrolla doesn't pop.
Last thing: I would run the warboss with boyz, not with the nobz. Target saturation. Boss w/nobz is a primary target. Best make your opponent look between the nobz, the warboss, and the big mek. Sucks to be them.
