While trying to deduce a new formation of my Death Cult assassin (read: Grey Knights) army, I came up with the idea of flying a Storm Raven forward, then using the summoning to bring a squad of death cult assassins to the front line. But I noticed it said before the librarians movement...

So, when does a units movement begin if they are in a transport?

I think I know the answer, but I just wanted to make sure before I poopoo this idea, and I could not find it specifically stated in the BRB.

If the transport moves, the librarian counts as having moved. So no go on that one.

Yeah it would have to be before the stormraven mooves.
