I'm hoping to start commission painting in my local area, and possibly over the net, and i need a name, or more accurately, and email for people to come to recognise and use to contact me and request commissions.

So far all I can come up with is LazzurusCommissions@gmail.com but that doesn't really roll off the tongue or get stuck in your head, so i decided to post here on the forums and see what you veteran gamers and commission painters think.


And don't use my current gallery pics as basis of my painting quality, my skills have improved allot since those models XD

LZS-Painting?

My last name is Lancaster, and for my commission work I go under the name Caster Models.

Lazzarus Studios sounds decent.

They have wargaming in wisbech? :S

I love the sound of LazzurusStudios...but unfortunately my bedroom doesn't really back up the studio bit XD

Mabye Lazz Studios would work, it's slightly shorter so it rolls off the tongue, but is still unique and easily remembered...

I'll what other come up with before making a descision...i'd hate for someone to suddenly give me an amazing idea that i love and already have chosen a name.
Not saying i don't love the ideas you guys have come up with, just keeping my options open ^^

Hopefully after I have a few commission under my belt I will be able to start accepting commission on here from around the UK ^^

I've been doing commissions over a year but I've never set up a studio name or anything of the like. I just post a lot of pictures on Dakka and get offers occasionally. LazzurusStudios is a catchy enough name and should work fine though.

I just want to clarify that i will not be accepting any commissions from anyone outside of the local Wisbech area in the UK for a while, and that my ethos is to do quality commissions at table-top standard for reasonable prices, hopefully i shall have some pics on here soon to show you what i mean
