It's not too hard to paint. Just coming up with a new idea in a color chart is the only painful part. I usually paint a mock up miniature and if I like it, I'll do the entire set that color. 10 guys usually takes 5-6 hours.

I'd like to see some closer up/better lit pictures of these guys. Some of the shots are kind of blurry and I can't make out all the details. From back here they look very loud, but cool. Also, I'll echo that they need basing.
