his GK list doesn't sound like it'd have to rely on much other than cleansing flames for psy powers as well as the fortitude checks that is.

The draigo deathstar is probably his biggest weakness vs eldar without a transport since they'd be foot slogging everywhere while 1 dread just isn't enough anti-tank at range to slow things down (5 tanks against him). Deepstrike is ok and all but mishaps will be problematic unless he's got servoskulls set up properly. Not enough anti-tank on the field that can reach out and stop things without the paladins in play and it'd be harder to place them with reserve rolls making things random

Is he using combat squads? Is he remembering to pop smoke? Is it using LOS properly for his smaller units? I pretty much agree with the above posters. It sounds more like him being out-generaled than army imbal really.
