I would add a shadow field first and foremost to any archon, then drugs, and if with incubi a PGL. That can make him pricey but able to last past the first PF hit he takes.

Ok which archon goes where? The incubi don't look bad the second one might be a tad much but not too bad if you go deathstar hunting with them.

Each squad I would drop to 5 guys and get a blaster. Honestly I would go venoms w/2 SC but if you only own the raiders the will work. If you do go venoms though that will save you 125 pts total...100 with raiders. Put those points toward the archons.

I do worry about the AT element that trueborn can help with, but hopefully the archons will draw enough fire to help you out

I'd drop the second lot of Incubi down to four like the other one and put them in a venom (if you have the models, if not, a raider works fine) and have the second Archon with them

Love the name by the way, it's going to be lots of silver kabalites I assume?

I personally advocate Ghostplate for Archons too. the 4+/6+* as a backup for the Shadowfield is rather useful.

All the models are going to be a silver, but not as bright as lord of the iron thorns.

The AT element of this list is really what is most worrisome. 14 Dark Light shots for 1500 pts... But I guess that's always the problem with DE, huh? I am not a fan of the Soul trap/Husk blade Archon set up...I don't know, it just doesn't impress me for the points. Something I would consider to stuff some more AT into your list would be blasters on the Archons, getting the points for this by dropping the trap/husk to a humble agoniser (It really helps mitigate the str 3 without relying on that IC kill) on that one Archon. BS 7 blaster? Yes, please. You do lose an attack in the deal but you balance this with a pretty much sure kill before the charge unless you have to fleet, that is. I don't know, I'm just love me some Dark Light and I feel this is the best way to squeeze some in while preserving the soul of your army. Blast pistol, maybe, if you really want to retain that attack...But I'd probably go full on or not at all.

I've been running a similar list at 2k and it's a lot of fun. I'll throw it in for reference at the bottom. The big problems you will have is Incubi are expensive. They aren't so bad by themselves, but they NEED that PGL Archon and he gets expensive quick. At I 6 charging cover, they lawnmower all but the most durable deathstars, at I 1, they get ruined. I personally don't think the Huskblade Soul-trap combo is worth it, obviously a personal choice, but definitely a good place to cut points. Same could be said about the Ghostplate. It isn't hard to get S 6+ and as a result I find that more often than not, the first failed save is the only failed save that matters. Second thing to make mention of, is no haywire. You are very, very dependent on your anti tank opening up cans for you to charge. I have had a lot of less than stellar results with my Ravagers and I don't feel comfortable running Incubi without at least a single unit of Trueborn. On the same topic, dreads will be a huge pain in your ass. I can't count the number of times I have been tarpitted by a rifleman. Sometimes there are just too many armored targets to kill them all in time. Third big point is unlike wyches, you cannot control with your Incubi and 4 troops feels low to me. Last thing is even at 2k there are games when I feel the second squad is overkill and almost wasted. I find there are often not enough suitable soft targets to assault or that I just can't crack transports fast enough to feed two squads at the same time.

Not to deter you from playing them by any means, I love the look of the Kabal army esepcially Incubi and Archons themselves and they are a hell of a lot of fun to play. I would suggest you consider running only 1 squad at 1500, sneaking in a Trueborn squad to make sure they get something to charge, and adding another troop. While I haven't played at 1500 with this army in a while, my "old" stopgap to 2k list looked like this.

OK, don't want to annoy you, but I am sticking with the first list, the changes i will make are: both squads of incubi in venom(4 incubi) and with the points I save, I will get PGL for both archons
