So I'm thinking about picking up a second army, and I think the Dark Kin would complement my Craftworld nicely. I've taken a look at a lot of other lists and guides, and here's what I've come up with:
Duke Sliscus- 150
Haemonculus w/ liquifier, crucible of malediction- 80
Haemonculus w/ liquifier- 60
Haemonculus w/ liquifier- 60
5 Incubi- 110
Venom w/ extra splinter cannon- 65
4 Kaballite Trueborn w/ blasters- 108
Venom w/ extra splinter cannon- 65
4 Kaballite Trueborn w/ blasters- 108
Venom w/ extra splinter cannon- 65
9 Wyches w/ shardnet and impaler, hekatrix, agoniser- 130
Raider w/ enhanced aethersails, flickerfield- 75
9 Wyches w/ shardnet and impaler, hekatrix, agoniser- 130
Raider w/ enhanced aethersails, flickerfield- 75
9 Wyches w/ shardnet and impaler, hekatrix, agoniser- 130
Raider w/ enhanced aethersails, flickerfield- 75
9 Kaballite Warriors w/ blaster- 96
Raider w/ flickerfield- 70
Ravager w/ flickerfield- 115
Ravager w/ flickerfield- 115
Ravager w/ flickerfield- 115
Total-1997
I'd put a Haemunculus with each Wych squads to give em FNP. The only reason one has a crucible is because I had an extra 23 points and didn't know what to do with it. The Duke would give them a reroll on combat drugs, and he'd go with the Warriors to make their splinter volleys more effective. I'd like to think of a way to make use of his deep striking ability but I can't think of a way it would actually help. Maybe drop the blasterborn close to enemy vehicles? The Incubi are there because they seem fun and I absolutely LOVE the models. What are your thoughts? Do you think I'd be better off using Lelith instead of the Duke to give one of my Wych squads some extra punch? Also, what do you think would be the bet way to scale this down to 1850 or 1500?
Oh, and sorry if some of the points are wrong, I did this on my phone and may have slipped up.

I can't say I'm a big fan of large warrior squads. The rest of the list looks solid, even if I think 3 units of wyches might be overdoing it.
Seems a little light on anti-tank. I normally run with 3 ravagers and 3 trueborn squads at this level, but I suppose it depends on the local meta. Consider dropping the incubi for more blasterborn. Power weapons aren't going to do anything if you can't open those transports.
Not quite sure why you're going with the Duke -- he doesn't seem to add a lot to this army beyond combat drug rerolls. On the other hand, he's probably one of the coolest characters in the 'dex, so I can't really blame you.
Edit: You've obviously done your research, and it shows. Most of the units you've assembled play to our codex's strengths, and there's not really any options there which shouldn't be. Kudos.

I don't actually know my local meta, I don't have a case yet so my army's at home while I'm away at college and haven't played there yet. I'm planning on getting a case over winter break next month, but until then I don't know what I'm gonna be up against. Back home my meta was really light on vehicles, though I know this isn't the norm.
So you suggest swapping the Duke out? Do you think Lelith would be a good replacement or maybe some more troops?

Needs more haywire grenades.
Seriously though, they help to no end.
Your wyches have the speed to get into contact with a vehicle.
If you dont want to throw too many points into them, just use them on 1 unit to start with and see how you get on with them.
Looking back now, im sure ive popped more armour with haywire than my ravs ever have.
However, i run a list with only 1 rav now, but its mainly a wych based army. Automatically Appended Next Post: Just a quick note on lelith, she looks good on paper and the model is great, but in reality, she isnt all that good.
I cut her from my list in the end.
She lacks the strength to punch holes in armour.
Granted she gets a ton of attacks, but 5+ to wound cuts that down alot.
Again though, its trial and error really.

Well, you don't have to run two HQ units. Haemonculi really are the best choices in our codex, and 3 is more than enough. You can use the leftover points to add additional Troop or FA units.
If you are interested in another HQ, I'd suggest looking at Baron Sathonyx. Beastmasters are one of best units in our codex, but they lack assault grenades. The Baron is the only IC in our codex that can keep up with the 6" move + 12" assault that beasts get (though he does have to separate to do this). Giving them stealth doesn't hurt either.
More importantly, the Baron also offers you a +1 to your initiative rolls, giving you a better chance of getting that alpha strike. At 2000 points, you should have no trouble squeezing him in.

I think I'm gonna try this out on Vassal sometime within the next week or two, if I can get the time. I'll post back how it goes. Thanks for all the advice!
