The list definitely has some potential but I have to wonder if the dual Land Raider build is worth it in this design since it forces you to field Venerable Psyfleman Dreads, which are soaking up a ton of points. Also, the third unit of Purifiers seems a little odd if you intend to combat squad them, seeing as half the squad will be immobile while the other half drives forward, giving you 5 models that will be on foot in an otherwise meched up list.
I think I might consider running 1x Land Raider and 1x Stormraven, then buy a pair of standard Psyflemans and a pair of smaller squads of Purifiers. You could then buy a Librarian to ride in the Stormraven and give it a 3+ cover save when moving Flat-Out, though there would only be enough points for 9 Purifiers in that unit instead of 10.
Crowe - 150
Librarian (Might, Shrouding, Sanctuary) - 165
10 Purifiers (2x Psycannon, 7x Halberd, 1x Hammer, Razorback) - 324
9 Purifiers (2x Psycannon, 6x Halberd, 1x Hammer) - 253
5 Purifiers (2x Psycannon, 2x halberd, 1x Hammer, Rhino) - 189
5 Purifiers (2x Psycannon, 2x halberd, 1x Hammer, Rhino) - 189
Stormraven (TL Assault Cannon, TL Multi-Melta) - 205
Land Raider - 255
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannon, Psybolt Ammo) - 135
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannon, Psybolt Ammo) - 135
Total 2,000
It's not 100% ideal but it does the job well enough. The 10 man unit has a Razorback so that Crowe can steal it on turn 1 and have a ride. They start in the Land Raider, and the 9 man unit starts in the Stormraven with the Librarian. if you get the 1st turn, deploy the Stormraven and move Flat-Out for a 3+ cover save with Shroduing. If you get the 2nd turn, reserve the Stormraven and bring it on flat-out. Dawn of War is actually an ideal scenario for this list, because it protects your Stormraven, and all of your firepower is mobile.
Hope that helps!
