WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO im not quite a space marine but guess what guys im a marine now and I graduate on friday, right now im on a computer at the parris island library!!!!!!!!! bow down before me and give me the proper greeting of the day!!!!!!! also I think I may start a new imperial guard army............. all that boot money needs to be spent somehow.

Buy a car first and if you deploy for 6 months then build your army. If you have a car already then your good to go. Save your money till you hit your permanent party station. Besides don't you have like advance infantry course of four weeks to go to next? Also your MOS tech school?

I'm hoping I'll be joining them in about a year. Congrats! I was actually interested how many marines get into wargaming and rpg's in general, or if it's too "nerdy" for marines to be associated with, lol.

you be suprise how many games you get into at a FoB. Proxying can be fun with flashbangs as devilfish, frag as a dreadnought. 5.56mm as Imperial Guards, 7.62mm as SM/CSM...well...you can play...just don't pull a pin or something for effects

The Hobby Chest in Jacksonville, NC, which is right next to Camp Lejuene, has plenty of young marines that play 40k.

Back in my day we didn't have computers on Parris Island. Of course, this was in the old Corps.

Boot Camp is easy. It gets harder as you progress.

So this thread isn't about a camp to learn the ins and outs of creating and manufacturing boots? How disappointing. And grats on completing boot camp.

Congrats I have been in for some time. I also remember not even thinking of using a phone let alone a computer even the night before graduation. You sir have some serious balls or a complete lack of common sense.
