I know there's a company that makes Austin Powers style henchmen in construction helmets and jumpsuits but does anyone make construction helmet heads?

Crooked Dice do their heads on seperate sprues.

"Human Minion Head sprue 1" contains a construction helmeted guy.

It shouldn't be too hard to make one helmet like that and then it is a good shape for press molding as well. (your own one I mean not a bought one, which would be naughty!)

Or go with Osbads suggestion if you just want one helmet for (I assume) a five man squad of Village People Marines?

Not a bad idea that. 5 man Slanneshi Noise Marines as the Village People? Then I could do a Beatles noise marine squad (with Yoko Ono as the champion of discord), Rolling Stones, The Who...

But no. I'm unpacking my piles of incomplete projects and found my rioting workers (count as rippers in a GS cult army) and wondered if there weren't construction worker helmets I could give them.

You could have White Noise Marines with Delia Derbyshire screaming and making Dr Who-ish noises to creep people the hell out.
