Looks solid.
I would drop the stealers and one squad of hive guard though, and swap in the doom in a spore and boost those other two units of HG up to 3 each

Stealers are allways a pretty solid choice IMO.
While its nowhere near stealer shock, its amazing what a unit of them can do.
I would try and free up enough points to make atleast 1, if not both of your trygons into primes too.
The lack of synapse in a slow moving army hurts them alot.
They will be in the enemies lines long before the rest of the army.

I might be reading this wrong, but are you really taking scything talons and regeneration on tervigons? Without catalyst or toxin sacs? Bleh. I think you'd be happier with the standard "toxin, adrenal, and catalyst"; its significantly cheaper and supports your list a lot better

lack of synapse doesn't really bother Tyrgons, as their instictive behaviour is feed anyway. So they run towards stuff and banjo them.
Whilst I agree stealers are far from a poor choice, the Doom is simply devastating for his points (much more so than the Swarmlord anyway) and has the potential cripple half an army himself

those 2x Hive guard squads actually cost 100 points not 150. looks like a typo cause you list totals 2145 points atm.
also Regeneration is nice on 6 wound models, but only in the case where they are lonely in the army, when you have alot of them, Regeneration spam is too expensive, you spent 120 points on Regen alone.
Betterto spend on:
- 6x more Genes
- 2x more HG
- 4x basic warriors
- Prime upgrades for your Trygons + more gaunts. Prime pugrade will give them sometihng to do the turn they pop up or while they walk across the feild, that is fire 18 S5 shots per turn.

Lack of synapse is pretty bad for trygons.
They may be pretty strong, but there are still things they have to avoid, and the list just grows with each new book.
The fact they might get stuck in to a unit with a force weapon really isnt the most amusing idea.
Thats just an example, but there are tons of things that will take down a trygon with relative ease.
You need full control of them at all times if you want to make its points back.
Doom is nice, however, its a 1 trick pony.
A small amount of fire or 1 failed ID save and its game over for doom.
He may be highly destructive, but he is also pretty weak.
The ++ save only goes so far.

well, here's how I see it:
Vanilla HT: While still a good model, I would suggest upgrading somewhat.
x2 Tyrant Guard: ... well, I've never used them, so try them out and tell me how it goes...
x3 two man Hive Guard teams: Although these groups are versatile, go ahead and just make it two three-man teams. that'll free up a valuable elites choice.
two ten man vanilla termagaunt teams: one word... meh, could be better. but I can tell that it is solely to bring in a tervy as a troops. why dont you drop one ten man team, bring the other up to 20, and then bring in the lost tervy as an hq choice?
Tervys: Without catalyst, these things aren't a trully valuable additioin to your army... try to fit in some catalyst.
Genestealers: Allways a good choice... usually my armies revolve around them and a HT, with a trygon for support. these things are monsters, and are easily a solid group. See if you can add a broodlors into the group, because he'll rip the foes to shreds, and can easily be worth his points cost.
two trygons: If you can find the points, bring these up to primes. The asault 12 s6 shots strike fear into the hearts of manyan along with synapse, makes these a trully nasty package. If you can find a way to include them as primes, all the better. Also, althruought this, I keep saying, "If you can find the points..." something you could do is drop one of them, as all I ever really need is one.
Just some crazy tyranid player's ramblings... but see if they help you. Glad to try and help .

Drop regen on all 4 MCs and possibly the prime on both trygons and you have 190 points saved and not much loss to the list.
If you also drop the scything talons off the stealers, you can get:
a 3rd stealer squad
another tervigon and 10 strong gant brood
another trygon with adrenals
I think that's points better spent.

I feel liek this list would pose trouble to anyone who wasn't prepared. I also feel like this list is practically tailored to my own ends, an I may have to use it.
Now, as for ruminator's suggestion, I would advise against it, and I say that regen has saved my trygon at least... 3 times. As for dropping the scything talons... Don't. Re-rolling ones on rending creatures (Especially stealers) is a godsend. I have killed at least 2x more with my re-roll's than I had without.
