ok let me try this again, I think my last post was too convoluted. Here's a 2000 point ork army, I hope it's competitive to some degree.

Mek with a kff is too valuable not to take. Also your HQs are too pricey for what they bring.
I would take all 6 rocket buggies as you want as many vehicles distracting from the battlewagons.

Wazdakka for me is an unknown entity, I guess though you'll be better with one large biker squad.

You don't need stikk bomb throwers on anything as Orks are I2 and I3 on the charge, they will more than likely be striking last. Also Trukks don't need red paint job as the gain for the points is minimal.

Stormboyz are pretty rubbish. They are too expensive (double normal Boy) and just as good as a Ork Boy. More Warbuggies would suit or some Deffkoptas for alpha strike.

A Big Mek with KFF would massively benefit this army though, a lot mroe than Wazdakka.
