I am not good at magnetizing and I've seen that it is a real pain to magnetize these babies. I am quite sure that I will only use the MM, Flamer setup, because i want them to be cheap but deadly. any thoughts?

Ask someone else to do it so if you ever change your mind, you can just pop 'em on.

I think I'm just to scared to ruin my model. so I think I'm just sticking with Glue. (no pun intended)

Magnetising is piss easy.

To magnetise ANYTHING you will require the following:
2mm diameter rare earth magnets.
2mm drill bit.
Paperclip.
1mm Drill Bit.
Super Glue.

Step 1: Drill the mounting point (in this case it would be the weapon mount of the Land Speeder using the 2mm drill bit, roughly as deep as the magnet.

Step 2: Dab some superglue in the hole then slot in the magnet.

Step 3: Drill the option(s), with 1mm holes, as deep as you can get away with, though 2-5mm deep will be enough generally.

Step 4: Put some superglue in the hole, then insert a paperclip into it, then clip the paperclip so it's flush with the surface.

You have now magnetised your model.

I might even have a Dremmel somewhere, that would be nice.

You don't need a dremel to make it look good.
I use this:
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat470006a&prodId=prod1095460
and some drill bits bought at the local hardware store.

I magnetised my Razorwing And the only reason you can make out where the magnets are on the 'wing is I painted them as gems.
The one for the guns you cannot see.

I'm probably going to seal the undercarriage and magnetise that too.

Yes. why? because it is cheap and it lets you play a land speeder in a multitude of ways that allow for more flexible army creation and more fun in the end. do it.

I used this kit to magnetize all three of my Land Speeders and it was TOTALLY worth it!

http://www.themanufactorum.com/kits/marines/ls_deluxe.htm

I only ever really use the MM/HF load-out but it feels really good that I can use any load-out I want for only $6 as opposed to the $30 for a whole new Speeder.

Also, you do NOT need a Dremmel. All you need is a simple pin vise with a set of bits. A Dremmel is actually overkill because you do not have the precise control of a pin vise.
